Our Coaches
Good2gr8 only employs coaches who are accredited through the Meta Coaching Training System. This system ensures all our coaches are accredited, and registered. All our coaches are members of the International Society of Neuro - Semantics, Australian Institute of Neuro - Semantics and Meta Coach Foundation.

It is a requirement that our coaches participate in ongoing training and development.

Chris Cartledge, ACMC:
After establishing his own successful retail business for over 12 years, Chris Cartledge discovered Neuro-Semantics and began successfully coaching businesses. While he excels all areas of coaching, he is most passionate about business and sports coaching.

Chris uses his passion and enthusiasm to facilitate individuals to reach their highest potential. "I get a kick out of seeing the businesses grow from an idea to a million dollar company. But more importantly, seeing the individual develop belief in themselves is most satisfying to me".

A passionate sportsman, Chris has also coached a number of athletes competing in high level competition.

Sue Anderson, ACMC:
Sue holds a unique mix of tertiary qualifications and experience in the exercise science, disability, quality, and management industries. However, she found her calling when she was introduced to Neuro-Semantics in March 2006. "I love seeing people step outside themselves and experience a transformational self awareness".

Highly motivated, Sue worked hard to gain her Neuro-Semantic coaching qualifications in 2007. Sue's niche areas include coaching children, teenagers and families where parents have shared custody of their children.

Sue is currently developing and trialling a coaching program for primary and secondary school aged children who are affected by bullying.
